Leveling and Additions

Manor Foster Construction provides leveling services off existing concrete piers, however, no warranty is applicable. We are unable to level off existing cedar posts due to potential post decay and settlement issues prevalent in the Austin area. We can however, offer a solution to your foundation circumstances be they cedar post, cinder block or old carpenter style concrete piers. We use custom cut oak wedges as shimming devices because of their durability, anti-compression rate and termite resistance, once a desired elevation is obtained.

Additions: Planning to add more square footage to your home? We can do this as well! We handle single story or second story additions for slab and pier. We are happy to work with your architect and engineer, or we can provide those for you.
